This is a highly toxic workplace with poor management. They drastically cut hours to save on labor, which leaves the store/restaurant severely understaffed most of the time. The schedule is extremely inconsistent, so this job can only serve as supplemental income — it’s not reliable enough to cover regular bills. Some staff members are toxic and will report you to management over the smallest things. A busser usually makes more in tips and overall money than a cook, yet the workload for BOH is abysmal.

shift meals, 50% discount on food you can't get for free, generally a small but solid and tight knit Front of House group. 10 pm closing time is strict so guests cant linger forever,

parking is tough to find, most people working in the front don't take tens, ordering at the counter doesnt incentivize great tipping, management can get swapped at the whim of corporate which isn't great for morale.
