Lovely coworkers, excellent managers who are good at their job. Refreshing environment and overall very funny people to work with.

Many hour cuts from the higher ups, but the onsite managers did their best to compensate and find a middle ground for the employees in need of hours.

This is a highly toxic workplace with poor management. They drastically cut hours to save on labor, which leaves the store/restaurant severely understaffed most of the time. The schedule is extremely inconsistent, so this job can only serve as supplemental income — it’s not reliable enough to cover regular bills. Some staff members are toxic and will report you to management over the smallest things. A busser usually makes more in tips and overall money than a cook, yet the workload for BOH is abysmal.
