Long time PB employee - Recensione dipendente - Field Technician presso Pitney Bowes

After 20 years with Pitney I received a simple mounted piece of paper that stated congratulations. Not even a signature, no bonus, no raise, no gift. Additionally, only small raises are ever handed out. I consistently meet and go beyond my metrics and recieve the same raise that my coworkers get regardless of how much better my performance is. It used to be a family oriented company that would hold yearly employee gatherings such as picnics or bowling or even simply a nice dinner. For the last 10 years… none of that. I have never even met my current manager (of which I’ve had numerous) face to face.
