When I was around, there was very high turnover in both employees and clients, extremely limited onboarding and training framework, strong resilience to new ideas or constructive feedback. And the company's value prop was hard to believe in because the service offering didn't feel ready.

Lots of turnover of employees (either leaving or being let go), no clear guidance from management, and unclear expectations. I see you commenting about taking the comments seriously. It has been a while since I worked there and the situation hasn't seem to have changed. Please take your employees seriously and invest in them.

I cannot recommend that anyone uses this service or works for this company. This is a very small team and the experience and support here is simply not where it should be if you're making hiring decisions. This team does not make smart hiring decisions itself and turnover is a big factor, which begs the question why they are offering services for something they haven't mastered. Most of the time that should have been dedicated to clients was spent chatting about irrelevant topics. Although some team members were kind at times, it was disappointing how often leadership chose deception over transparency – ultimately, unexpected and abrupt layoffs affected the majority of the team. Employees were ranked based on nepotism instead of merit, and exit paperwork was completed incorrectly and ignored, which resulted in multiple employees being left without a source of income while looking for new jobs. Very disappointing and ironic from a company that says it is the future of hiring, preaching teambuilding, culture and a human-first approach.
