Leadership is a standout. Rachel Marano brings a rare combination of business acumen, energy, and authenticity. What’s especially impressive is the level of conviction behind how she built the company—taking a real risk to launch and grow Pivot Point in a traditionally male-dominated Healthcare IT space. It really makes you feel like you’re in the right place. There’s a strong sense that you’re contributing to something meaningful, not just filling a role.
