Toxic culture Poor communication, lack of structure, and no accountability. Safety was not taken seriously — requesting PPE was seen as weakness. Discouraged initiative and spending money was taboo no matter the reason. Despite positive performance review split second decision from top to let me go caught many of us off guard.
