      - Too many changes on the company's organisation, you could have a different manager every 3 months, people leave the company, people are fired, it is really not stable - Low salary even for job with high responsabilities - Almost no training due to company financial issue - No team event due as well to financial issue - Difficulties to understand the company's strategy as it is not clear - Tensions inside some teams

      Vantaggi

      We are very well able to balance work and personal lives and be ourselves in the workplace. This is heavily promoted. We are also heavily empowered and encouraged to be autonomous in our roles which is nice.

      Svantaggi

      Communication barriers such as time delays with a team based in the EU make for frustrations. US Management will often second guess themselves because even they are left in the dark with Europe team.
