Great work-life balance. If you want a job where you show up, do your job, and then clock out this could be a good fit. If you want a job that challenges you and wants you to build a good career, this is not the place. I felt very complacent, even though I was being proactive and pouring a lot into finding a career path that would help me grow.

Svantaggi

Pay is not great for someone who has been in the industry for 9 years. The company is not doing well financially and unfortunately that means no promotions. Discrimination based on role and gender is definitely a thing here. You get promoted based on who you're buddies with.
