Too many to name. I give the ones that impact everyone: - All resources are shared. People are stretched thin. Hard to recruit talent - Projects are scoped significantly lower than industry standard. Everyone wonders how the agency makes money - No process. Everyone invents it along the way. - Lack of accountability in several depts. - No HR. Employees have no one to raise issues to - Nepotism. You have to rub elbows with the right people - Zero communication from the top down. - Yes, its a digital first agency, but a lot of the work is unimpressive. Doing VR for the sake of VR. No strategy. Often projects are investments with very little return.
