I can’t say enough good things about working here. The pay is great and the perks are unreal! Some of the perks: - Insane bonuses! - Free Disneyland / Disney world for you and 3 extra people - Comp tickets twice a year to bring extra people or book on blackout days - Discounts almost anywhere you can imagine - Compensation for all kinds of stuff like commuting, wellness, education, adoption services, childcare etc. - Free therapy and or coaching sessions (8 of each per year!) - On-site pools, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer field, yoga room etc. - Super cheap on-site massages - Themed statues for work anniversary milestones We also get gifts ALL the time. Not only show completion gifts but also other random treats etc. There’s many more perks that I’m unsure if they’re publicly known so I’m leaving those out, but there is SO much more. The experience of actually being at Pixar is also incredible; the art, the friendly people, the amazing cafe, the studio store etc. You’ll see people randomly rolling by on skateboards or having meetings by the pool. I have coworkers that have been at Pixar for 40+ years. If you’ve worked here for less than 5-6 years you’re still considered new. I view this as a huge plus because it shows that retention is low and that people stay for a long time. I honestly don’t even care if a company were to offer me more money, I will work here until I retire.
