They provide bi-weekly 1on1's with the Department (Engineer, Product, Design) Manager so you can get anything off from your chest; - Company is completely open and thankful to criticism — they actually listen; - The internal and work processes in the company are incredibly organized — without any bureaucratic disruptions; - Incredible colleagues, a place where you can easily make friends; - The company is super careful in maintaining its culture — the recruitment is super careful in bringing great people with positive personalities; - Diversified and challenging projects with different technologies (React or Vue); - Projects are designed by Pixelmatter's designers, so you can only expect to develop good, beautiful and clean designs; - It's a great place to grow your career — there are plenty of opportunities to level up your soft and hard skills; - Remote by default — although the company has an office, you can work remotely at all times if that's what you prefer; - Salaries match the highest industry standards within Porto; - Annual 800€ plafond to spend in Health, Learning, Mobility or Office material.

Svantaggi

As of today, I can't find any cons. The company along the years really took a huge effort in improving/solving any cons from the past.

- Great projects and you play a important role on them, it is as they mention, you don't work for the clients you work with then. - Everyone is humble enough to recognize an error and grow with the mistakes, even the leadership - Great Culture, you can talk to anyone and ask for help, everyone is ready to do it - Flexible time, leadership trusts you with the delivers, you just need to say you will not be there at that specific hour. - Great interviews and evaluation process, they clearly say what you need to evolve and what you can do better to improve. - Managment helped me a lot in thinga outside of work, will not forget it, that marks the difference between a boss and a lider. For me you are all awesome leaders

Svantaggi

- Salaries could be better - Don't like to see marketing for social causes, I know every company does it but I believe Pixelmatters could be different in this part

- Great team, and people!!! Ego free and fully supportive of what you do - Truly care for your wellbeing and work balance. They make sure to check on you frequently and are very open to talk whenever you need to - Performance reviews every 6 months with salary review - Company transparency is a given here - Feedback from your peers is always helpful and supportive, never feared judgment - Company is taking big steps to improve the culture are always surveying employees: for events, happiness, new benefits, etc -Smooth onboarding and offboarding - Clear path to grow - Organic growth according to needs

Svantaggi

- Too many career levels inside the same level, which can be somewhat frustrating to people that have clear evolutions. - Too many legacy projects, which can become somewhat boring and repetitive tasks (but this only shows that clients like what they do also). - Newcomers are often left with legacy tasks that do not fulfill their desire to contribute to the company (show off design skills, etc) - On performance reviews sometimes you may be asked to review someone you've never worked with
