It's a young culture and most of the employees are fun to work with. Some of the projects are enjoyable, and since management doesn't know much about the product you get a lot of freedom to do things however you want. Management is easy to get along with, even if you disagree completely with their business decisions.

The owners have very little background in this field. They are only in it to make a quick buck and will latch on to any flash in the pan technology or buzzword and start trying to sell it. Many of the projects end up getting cancelled or launching to a hilariously small number of users which is disheartening. Clients are often mislead about the companies experience in certain areas, and are offered "A robust product from an industry leader" when in reality they often haven't even started building the product they are selling. Management really has no idea what a good developer is worth, so salaries are all over the board and not based on much other than what the applicant asked for. It creates a lot of tension amongst employees.
