I was working as the back of house / customer service rep and the workload, both physical and mental, was way too high for a minimum wage job. No pay raise after a year of work. When signing on, I was promised a swift promotion as the store manager was hiring for the supervisor position, but after 6-7 months of excellent performance (his words) I was told that they simply do not have the spot for another supervisor. The upper management does not care for their workers.
