Training is great. There is a trainer that does one on one as well as group trainings. Will quickly help with a problem. Answers on the weekends as well to help the properties.

Pay is not competitive with the market. Leasing agents start out at $9-$10 when other companies are starting out at $12-$13. Maintenance is underpaid as well compared to the industry in certain areas (techs at other companies start out at $17-18).
If you’re not one of the “favorites” from corporate, then the treatment you receive isn’t the best, to put it lightly. There is a lot of targeting, yelling, attacks in emails etc. You aren’t allowed to make a mistake. No work life balance, unless you’re in th favorites club. There’s no culture or values.
