- Rubbish pay - Horrible managers who care only about their career, to the point of lying to, and disadvantaging, their own employees and teams - "Rules for thee, not for me" type mentality from senior leadership - Workers are left out of the loop on new programmes/initiatives/campaigns, but are expected to understand them somehow - Employees come dead last in the eyes of the company - Prolific bullying culture, wherein the bully is given preference based on time of service

The working hours are flexible, and the job is relatively easy. Supervisors and colleagues are supportive, and everyone treats each other with kindness.
