Like most places, a few employees are stellar, and a few could likely not make it anywhere else.

This company is a cult. Leadership is a group of friends who don't challenge each other or listen to anyone. They ask for feedback but get mad when you give them honesty & even fire people. They have company meetings every morning so they can hear themselves talk. You'll only go far in this company if you're good at being a suck up.
