      no training. lack of communication from management. very clicky. unorganized. They dont provide any support and if you manage to get proficient in your role they will sabatoge your advancement.

      I am so sorry to read this. I see that this was nearly a year ago and I hope that you have seen the training from our Learning & Development team as well as the implementation of PlanSource University, which was just recently rolled out.
