Great culture! A great deal of autonomy and a lot of smart and enthusiastic professionals. We have a great time, but we all work very hard to get our goals accomplished.
Svantaggi
There are some interesting HR rules and procedures in place, that are out of date. Annual merit increase policy is out of date, and discourages internal promotions.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! I am excited to hear you are loving the culture and leadership team; however, I also sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding merit increases. Because PlanSource is committed to providing its employees with a strong career path, this is extremely helpful information that we can use to continue to grow our organization internally, as well as keep our employees happy and engaged. In fact, over 30% of our positions are filled internally so internal growth is a priority. Your feedback will absolutely be shared with the leadership team so we can improve our policies and continue to be an Employer of Choice! Thanks again!
Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.
Svantaggi
Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Remote or Hybrid work schedule, if you live outside of the city limits. Unlimited PTO policy, but is PTO ever unlimited.
Svantaggi
There is not much room for advancement, if you’re not connected. Most of middle management and above are not POC. All the strong POC leaders were here today, gone the next day! The staff is overworked and underpaid. Only way to receive a higher salary is to resign and reapply. I survived a few CEOs, and once this last one came in all the tenured staff were being let go. Normal, if a new Executive comes in but there people were 15+ years in. This new PlanSource does not seem as if it cares much for their employees. Most of the workload is being outsourced to India. I’ve seen good, hardworking dedicate people get axed during my time! Not sure they’re invested in retaining good talent!
Definitely a swim or sink culture, You will not get much help with learning the Benefits Admin system. It’s sort of a self-guided dive in approach.
