As a company, we have been through significant change and growth over the last couple of years and that can be challenging. With that growth comes new team members, I believe our team is set up for success to take us to the next level. Yes, we are becoming a more metrics driven organization, without a doubt. While this can be a hard change to adapt to, it can also be a rewarding one, because metrics help us identify when we’re doing a great job and allow us to be recognized for our hard work in an objective manner.       Remote or Hybrid work schedule, if you live outside of the city limits. Unlimited PTO policy, but is PTO ever unlimited.

      There is not much room for advancement, if you’re not connected. Most of middle management and above are not POC. All the strong POC leaders were here today, gone the next day! The staff is overworked and underpaid. Only way to receive a higher salary is to resign and reapply. I survived a few CEOs, and once this last one came in all the tenured staff were being let go. Normal, if a new Executive comes in but there people were 15+ years in. This new PlanSource does not seem as if it cares much for their employees. Most of the workload is being outsourced to India. I’ve seen good, hardworking dedicate people get axed during my time! Not sure they’re invested in retaining good talent! Definitely a swim or sink culture, You will not get much help with learning the Benefits Admin system. It’s sort of a self-guided dive in approach.
