Thank you for your feedback, I’d like to address some of the points in your review. PlanSource was without a formal CEO for 6 months but during that time, they implemented an Office of the CEO with several of executives who worked closely with our Board to keep initiatives and projects on track. During that time, our Board also took the time to recruit the right leader for the company. I recently started at PlanSource as the CEO in June. I can tell you that transparency is very important to me and while I can’t change what prior leaders did or said, I can tell you how I operate. I hope you had an opportunity to attend our recent company town hall where I shared my leadership style, thoughts about PlanSource and my vision. In reference to your comment about many layoffs, I know the PlanSource team had to make a difficult decision recently like many other tech companies and do a small reduction. While all reductions are incredibly difficult and impact people’s lives, the company kept it as small as possible.
I’m excited about this opportunity to be at PlanSource and I hope you are encouraged by positive change.
