Leader-leader doesn't work for everyone, for instance those that can't own responsibilities or stand by their decisions will not be happy here.

This is the third company I work at and a year later I must say it is the best place by far. We have a highly energetic and fun team with a lot of cool tech projects we work on. There is a lot of trust, great communication and close collaboration so it's easy to stay connected with those in the office or when working remotely. The company offers a flexible working schedule, lots of events and opportunities to celebrate wins and just hang out. The team spirit is really amazing. The management is very friendly and they work really hard too.
