Poor company - Recensione dipendente - Merchandiser presso Plant Essentials

Poor pay. No raises. Seems different rules for different stores. I was told no watering, no loading cars. Seems others do all this. After 3 years no raise. Training is a joke for any of the lower positions. You just sort of stumble along for the first year.
