While not for the faint of heart, the nature of the business requires long hours during the holidays and need to be a self starter and problem solver. At times working from branch offices can feel disconnecting from corporate, but the leadership team is a phone call away.

You get to work with plants in mostly indoor spaces and while the job is physical, it is not taxing. Will help you improve your customer relation skills. The people that work at this location are supportive and flexible, so long as you do what's asked of you. There is a high degree of autonomy during work hours, so you control your breaks and can alter the order of client accounts if needed. If you're a good worker and excel at the job, you can expect pay raises.

Most of the major holidays are given off, but Thanksgiving to New Years is an incredibly busy time of year, particularly for Installers - don't expect to get time off. The sales team has a hard time saying 'no' to client requests which sometimes leads to difficult accounts that require extra attention and extra time. Some clients can be rude and you must keep your cool.
