      Nothing major. I personally love f2f interactions and hence like going into the office. But the flexibility to work remotely is still fantastic.

      The technical resources are top notch. Solid people who care.

      It is a classic case of misalignment and lack of product improvement. In the 3+ years I was at Planview only a handful of reps either made or made anything close to their number. One group had zero and the highest attainment was 60%. Much of the sales motions were to save existing clients rather than grown new business. 6 net new VPs in as many months in 2025. If you are considering a move to PV look carefully at the durability of the recurring business.
