I’ve been working with PC since it’s inception. As a company which is about 2 years old, I take immense pride and pleasure in the direction the company is growing and headed. The journey over the past 2 years have been quite fast paced and I am extremely pleased to see the team and the projects growing in size and value. As a product manager at PC, I get to work with multiple teams and projects and this gives me a clarity in the company vision and goals, and also overseeing how the team works towards achieving them and shaping Platform Commons for what it is today. These are a few points I really like and appreciate at Platform Commons: - The team is really supportive and encouraging. I especially admire the enthusiasm among the people in pushing themselves to achieve greater heights and this in turn drives the other team mates as well. - There is a considerable good understanding between the peers especially when certain project deliveries are delayed. - I admire the quality of “being a team player” among the team mates especially at times when a product go live is critical. - The management is friendly and welcoming. The whole team is more than happy to share their thoughts and ideas on any matters, and Platform Commons gives the team certain degree of involvement or say in the functioning of the company and day to day matters. - The pure Work From Home setup is extremely convenient in balancing the time both at work and home. (Although we do enjoy the time when all of us meet together and work on certain intervals) - On a personal note, I feel the projects and the work have been challenging and has helped me level up both professionally and personally. - The workshops and offsite trips gives the team a good platform to come together, interact and get to know each other better.

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company. It’s important not to get hung up on what’s wrong, but rather focus on what is right and the progress in actions which support that. On a personal note, there were very minor concerns I have had, but I am extremely grateful for the fact that they have been listened to and resolved. Like I said, no company is perfect. What I find value in, is the continuous effort and support of the management and the team in making Platform Commons a better place for anybody to work.
