Very cool product, great idea. Driven people. HR works hard for diversity and inclusion culture in company, provides language courses in Swedish, fun events like pride breakfast etc.

Chaotic, very reactionary to outside changes with poor look-ahead. You can get a very good entry salary, but its not likely to change. Management also continously pushes for slow growth, but in practice hires new positions and lays people off after as short as 3 months repeatedly. Some also leave due to salaries for their position feeling unfair.
