I work in sales. This is the only company I've worked in where the sales culture doesn't feel like some variation of a frat house. We are respected by the leadership and empowered to make deals happen and to grow the company. We are also resourced and supported very well and given difficult but achievable goals (and we're rewarded well once we meet them). Fantastic place to work, great industry (post-acute care). It's exciting to work at a company that is really disrupting their space (more than a buzzword in this case, we're bringing CRM to an industry that is lagging on that front).

This is a place for closers, not for people that are just starting out. At least for sales roles. I suppose a potential applicant might see that as a con. But if you know what you're doing, this is a great place to sell.
