The people and office culture were the best when I was working there. That is the only reason to stay. Learning from experienced people was also a plus.

CEO and new C level leadership has no sense of what to do with the company. Hired to many new outside people that jumped in and thought they new best, they only succeeded in alienating existing staff. Too many cooks in the kitchen syndrome.
