There is a strong culture of partnership where ideas are welcomed, expertise is valued, and people work together to solve problems rather than operate in silos. The company is navigating an exciting period of growth and transformation, and it's inspiring to work alongside such talented colleagues who are passionate about what they do. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by people who are not only exceptionally smart and strategic, but also genuinely good humans who make coming to work each day enjoyable.

Not a great place if you are talented and want an upside. Comp and operations are optimized for order takers. Great place to coast. Below market pay. No or low equity. Terms are unfriendly and intentionally misleading. Average talent. Outsourcing engineering to low price, low quality markets. Below average and expensive products. Bleeding to better competitors. Lot of process to compensate for talent No major innovation. Just operating existing products and making marginal changes.
