Our residents are the best! They are the reason we smile! Pay is very good for my department. We have an excellent team!

We are the last faces many will see, I pray they are always pleasant.

There is a great relationship between residents and staff from all departments. Employees here care deeply for the residents and it shows. Walking through our building you can see several examples: environmental services participating in activities, business staff eating lunch with residents, and floor staff knowing residents like the back of their hand. Staff relationships are also strong. I enjoy being surround by people who care about your personal life as well as your work life. My direct supervisor is very understanding and flexible with my family needs. She also values my opinion and makes me feel heard.

My biggest con of PVH is the location - it's just far from my family. I have also heard several staff say the health insurance isn't great. I personally haven't had any issues but have heard of several.
