Salary could be improved for staff longevity

The residents were the best part of the job! The second best part of the job was the 'second family' I became a part of with fellow employees, especially during and after COVID hit. The CEO is approachable and committed, and a true servant leader. For the most part, employees from all departments worked together as a team for the benefit of the residents.

COVID and it's aftermath, as well as the recent federally mandated vaccination requirements, led to the loss of some very dedicated and gifted employees in all departments.
