This is not an hourly paying wage job. You make money for completed calls. At the end of the week when you average the amount of money you made by the hours you put in, you will always end up between $17-$21 hourly. They give great bonuses, send out gift cards, etc., there are not very many reviews because it's a small company maybe about 30 of us, and they don't hire often, so if you get the opportunity to work for this company you are lucky.
