Your pay is based on one factor beyond your control: If the person doesn't answer the phone and stay engaged in conversation with you while you follow a set script, YOU DO NOT GET PAID for your efforts and time. This is not discussed in training where the focus is on you perfecting the script reading. Training time is also NOT paid for. They will tell you, you are not taking the weekend hours or scheduling enough time for calls and make it your fault you can't make any money as a remote worker. Apparently the people that are in love with this company must be the full-time employees with benefits. Seems from the company's worth they are making millions from the drug companies but these dollars DO NOT trickle down. They fire you at any time claiming not enough calls available. It's a waste of time with a very unprofessional churn and burn mentality. Get used to hangup calls often and no answers.
