Amazing benefits with competitive pay

Position is not very structured, tasks come up randomly and not a whole lot of defined daily responsibilities

Pay was competitive and benefits were good

Toxic corporate culture that results in people only befriending people that they think they can benefit from. It’s the epitome of a bunch of a former frat boys who now work in finance and love to still act like they’re in a fraternity. Your superiors are not going to respect you
