- The company is very welcoming. - I've always felt heard and my feedback and my ideas were taken into consideration in many occasions. It made me feel valued. - I had a great relationship with my head of department and learn a great deal from him. There are great examples of leadership in all the different departments. Which reflected how well all the departments worked together. - It's very fun I even think my sense of humour improved and everything. But it's not fun all day long, you've have to work hard! - Home office. - One of the best locations in Berlin. Simply unbeatable. - A very international team. Go Polska! - During spring/summer, you have the chance to have lunch at the wonderful Wiese (grassland) right in front of the office. Great for socialising. Bier O'clock every week too! - The company will definitely provide you with everything you need to do your job. You can make requests for equipment you're in need of, like I did by requesting new screens! No need to say that this has to be submitted and approved first.

- Sometimes it gets too quiet. More real life talk, guys! - In summer it gets a little too hot inside the office, but fans will come to your rescue. - More internal communication regarding the company's actions, achievements, releases, etc. This is something that has improved greatly in my last months in the company, but it can still be improved.

Plinga is a rare gem in the Berlin startup environment. Excellently structured and organised with a great CEO with a very clear and realistic vision. The team is consisted of great professionals that love what they do and are very personable and straight to the point. The company has been around for quite a few years and there is a reason behind this. It was a supremely positive experience working for Plinga and combined with the very exciting project that are coming in the future I would definitely recommend them as a potential employer
