Lies from senior management Employees given the job of slyly reporting back to management- creates mistrust within the teams (Most people know who these people are) High turnover of staff with no mention of where staff have gone Excess overtime hours that are not appreciated but expected with no overtime or time in lieu paid Poor Holiday allowance Only SSP paid Management have no backbone Those not in the inner circle are treated horribly, how the company hasn't been brought to a tribunal yet is beyond me!
