-Pay is dismally low, not at all adjusted for the high cost of living in the area -You will be paid the absolute lowest legal minimum -Additional benefits are scarce to none -Inflated job titles (could be a pro if you only intend to stay for a year, which I recommend) -Unbelievably disorganized, hierarchy and business practices make no sense -Calls itself a "tech center" but is a decade behind in terms of modern business technology -Extremely flat organization leaves managers too busy to make time to speak to their employees, creating roadblocks in productivity -CEO is rarely on the premises, but asks that every decision be run by him, creating more frequent roadblocks and delays (often on time-sensitive matters) -CEO's only qualification as an investor appears to be being born into wealth -High turnover rate leaves company stuck in an endless hiring and training cycle, forcing key employees to spend valuable time on training new hires. If you are a recent or soon-to-be graduate, consider working here, but only stay for as long as it takes to land a better job. If you already have a professional career, but are looking for a change, please look elsewhere. You can do better.
