Plugable has a positive culture that embraces work-life balance, encourages leadership qualities, and promotes individual decision making. I’ve never felt micromanaged. Management has a great way of lifting employees up and supporting. There’s also a lot of transparency behind decisions and initiatives. It’s nice to feel like you’re with a company, instead of just working for them.

Nothing worth complaining about, there’s always room for improvement but this is the best company I’ve ever worked for.

Excellent flexibility on scheduling, very tailored to self-driven people. Employees are expected to be self-driven and do not work on any sort of metrics. Failure is never punished, but seen as a valuable data point to learn from.

-Lack of guidance can at times be frustrating, especially after time is spent on a project that turns out to provide little or no value. -New employee training is haphazard and could benefit from a more systematic approach, especially given the scope of responsibilities -Vacation time is at the bare minimum for the industry -Sick time is inadequate -Lunches are unpaid
