Friendly colleagues, and a lot of them because barely anyone stays over a year.

The boss is unappreciative of any work done, never a thank you beyond oral yet it's not like he's not emotional: he does get angry easily and yells aggressively when things aren't working. No criteria to work with but also no freedom to take decisions - minimum responsibility = no motivation. No middle management positions but a lot of micro-management. Really low wage and no salary negotiations (or worker evaluations) ever in the horizon, every step up the money ladder has to be fought hard against the angry boss. Total lack of organisation and communication. No opportunities to grow unless you're an Italian man.

Very friendly colleagues. Nice atmosphere.

Standing for 8 1/2 hours without any breaks, being payed for 8. Ridiculously low payed and very little possibilities to move up. No appreciation shown from management. Working in the night? No extra pay. Working weekends? No extra pay.
