- BURNOUT. BURNOUT. BURNOUT! A trend I continued to see from the time I started until the time I finally left. Burnout is insane in this job and management doesn’t seem to care, they make it known people are replaceable. The workload is insane and unmanageable but when you ask for help you’re told to “keep your head down and work overtime”. - In addition to the above, Plus is one of those fun places that when you’re good at your job you’re punished with more workload. Those that aren’t as efficient or in Plus’s eyes are as good get less workload. That makes sense… - Plus says they’re flexible, they aren’t. You can work from home but be assured your manager is closely watching your time clock. If you’re 2 minutes late to log in you get talked to. If you stay an hour late to finish your work you’ll never be praised. Oh, and managers like to “check in” with you at 4:29 on a Friday to make sure you’re still working your hours. - Pay. Is. Atrocious. For real, it’s criminal what Plus pays. They claim they “benchmark” pay and it’s fair. It’s not. Your employees are worth way more than that. - There is no room for growth. The executive team likes to tell you their career at Plus is a jungle gym. It’s not, it’s a cul-de-sac with a dead end. - Plus has no trust in their employees. You make a mistake that costs more than $150? You need to meet with your manager, and an executive to talk about how and why it happened and how you’ll take steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
