The CEO is an ego maniac that rules with an iron fist. He stays locked behind a glass door and knows NOTHING about the day to day operations of the CU. He is only concerned in maintaining not growing the CU in order to keep his fully funded pension and his car allowance for the new Lexus he drives. He caters to the board all of whom get PAID to attend meetings and travel all over the world on the CU's dime under the guise of "training". The CEO humiliates and belittles managers that he sees as threatening. Loyalty is not valued unless you cater to the whims of the CEO. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
