Mostly chill workplace. If you do your job, you won't have to worry about your stay in the company. Has a handful of really great people that you can befriend. Constantly improving as a company and business.

Low salaries and bonuses. Limited opportunities to grow outside of the CS & KYC departments.

I was part of 3 separate teams and everybody was great including the leadership of those teams. Work environment was good and so was work life balance. Only time it felt stressful was when people left due to poor management decisions. Easy to learn work processes and tasks and good training methods. Flexible working hours depending on position.

Entry wages are very low for every position compared to similar companies in the market. Easy access to level 2 teams but no further development. "My way or the highway" mentality from upper management. Have been told multiple times when asking for additional help, salary increase or lowering the work load to either continue working as is or leave. The upper management that were non Bulgarian were completely disconnected from the actual work environment and constantly made poor decisions that made at least 15 people to leave in my 2 years there Pathetic wage bumps compared to increases in work load and responsibility. Especially insulting when informed about yearly profits of company. No real attempts for retaining quality employees.
