- Good place to toughen yourself up to prepare yourself for other environment as if are able to survive here most probably you will be able to survive in other company - At times the employers can be understanding and kind - Employees are helpful and will help one another

Svantaggi

- Double standard in term of rules, 1 set for CTO 1 set for the rest of the employees - Employers will squeeze dry you as they feel that they paid you to work. To them there is no leave or rest or MCs. They will still call you for work as long as you are on planet Earth - Salary given based on your face and nationality. FTs will get more - CTO is prideful and will never admit to his mistakes. He will expect the other employees to clear his mess for him - Deadlines most of the time are unrealistic and your are expected to OT to meet it. They will not care what important event you have. They thing must be treated with the highest priorities. Even if you go oversea they will expect you to bring your laptop and standby for phone calls. - Unhygienic workplace. Rats spotted on a few occasions

- Great talented people to work with - You may use which ever technology you like to complete your project - Because the company is small, it's easier to implement changes/standards - Company is growing, you might really be apart of something big if you can swallow the cons

- Work/life balance is next to none, you are on standby 24/7. Rejoice if you leave the office on time - Projects that you do adds nothing to your portfolio, you would not want to show them anyway because... - The timeline is usually so short. Everything is churned out quickly and with minimal thought about UX/UI/maintenance/scalability. Management will say it's up to you to implement good coding standards/good designs, which you can, if you forgo your sleep. As the result, work published is usually of questionable quality - "Agile" is being thrown around as though it's being used. They might say they're using Kanban, but there's no Kanban board, no WIP limit - High turnover rate. Employees there are generally leave after 1 year plus, hitting 2 years and above is rare

Absolutely zero of flexibility. If you need to leave office 20 minutes earlier please be ready to spend time to write emails and get approved on that. Unrealistic deadlines. A lot of stress and pressure. No place for creativity. Have to clock in and clock out (OMG, it is IT company in 21st century, really?), and sit in the office full day even if you do not have much tasks to do, or you could do those in the coffee shop nearby. Work from home? No, did not hear about such thing. Otherwise how employees will be controlled. Employees disciplined and treated like small kids. If you do not speak Chinese be ready to feel yourself as outsider.
