The working team is small and compact, makes communication and troubleshooting very easy, you work with no pressure and comfortably.

No cons, except that I worked remotely from the other side of the Atlantic so constant night shifts were a bit exhausting.

Training and coaching are given to help you become an expert at the job and you are encourage to learn more to ensure your growth and provide you with the ability to support other functional areas. PlusOne provides benefits within the first year of employment, that other companies would make you wait at least one year to qualify. They listen to employee needs and work to find solutions that would positively impact both the individual and the company. Suggestions for improvement are welcome and often implemented. We are encouraged to work independently and in teams; being accountable for our assigned work duties in order to create successful teams. Micromanagement is not needed because we know what we need to do and do it. We are acknowledged for our efforts and having fun at the workplace while maintaining a professional work atmosphere is encouraged. Clear communication of expected work hours helps us all to obtain good work life balance. PlusOne leadership cares about our work and personal needs, we are a family.
