Team leaders show zero compassion. Handed my notice in as I was receiving no positive feedback from my direct TL; despite their boss praising me. No return to works done following 3 absences across 2 months. 1 of which due to poor mental health. Occupational health advised I needed a specific chair. After 4 months they still hadn’t done it. Tried to not pay me for my time off during covid despite company policy stating we get paid. Underpaid me on my last 2 pay slips following my notice. Almost like it was planned. I still have all their equipment at home even though I left 2 months ago.
