They moved me from warehouse to production without warning. Didnt even look at my resume. I have 15 years forklift and managment experience and had to start at the bottom which was fine, but when it was clear I was gonna be staying at the bottom I had to go. Anytime i asked about a job I was shrugged off. And they let me go just like that when i found a better job. I could of been a huge asset to this company. But I was treated like my job skills didnt matter and I was moved from an area I was thriving at, to a new area simply because i was the new guy. low pay. 13.35 an hour. great benefits. I just felt like only certain people that struck the right cords had any chance of promotion.
