The pay could have been better

Training was not helpful at all

Alot but comes with a price of other things

Stressfull management, HR will not care about your mental health. Management will not care either with the workload. Take a day off with PTO? No take a day off for shorter working year? No all comes with a price of something. Customers would talk to you like crap but mangement will always take the customer side. I left after 3 and half years loved this job at the very start fell out of love with it very very quickly when I soon realised no one has your back. Office politics environment. When they pretend to 'care' it would fo back to the start of people not caring.
