PocketBuildings is a unique environment because everyone on the team is knowledgeable about their craft and encourages other team members to share their insights. The co-founders ask for input and actually use individual/team insights to make the product, group, and company better. On an average day, I will work with the co-founders, sales, developers, and advisors. It's inspiring to feel like your voice is heard and your work is valued at every level of the company. Respect. We are a remote team, but it would be nice to be in the same office. There are lots of synergies and team ideas that happen on our all-hands calls. The PocketBuildings co-founders go out of their way to create a co-working environment and encourage everyone to reach out to each other for direct interaction. This is a very "no door at any level is closed" type of environment that simulates an office...but you have to bring your own coffee/tea!
