There has been a lot of great transparency and trust that help keep everyone on the same page. It's just a really great work environment.

Podium is growing VERY quickly and is extremely fast-paced, which is wonderful and exciting on the one hand, but can be difficult on the other. There's a lot of opportunities for carving out a niche for yourself, but not as much structure as maybe there should be. Depending on your department, it can be tough to keep up with all the new developments. You gotta be quick on your feet!
