I have been at the bank for 20+ years and have seen lots of changes. But through it all, PointBank has never lost focus of what truly matters: People! From multi-generational customers, to employees new and experienced, the bank is always looking out for its people and communities. Is there room for improvement? Always! Times change, technology advances, political and economic landscapes vary, regulatory requirements evolve, etc etc. But what has never wavered is PointBank's commitment to extraordinary service, and its ability to adapt to change! With 140+ years in operation under its belt, I have no doubt that will continue for decades to come, and I'm so proud and grateful to be a small part of it!
